Item: Daiei Ma Po Tofu Don
Description: The pride and joy of Sichuan China, Ma Po Tofu is a delightfully spicy yet soft and filling rice bowl with Tofu blocks, peppers, minced beef and sauce to create such an oily yet satisfying meal all by itself, or with a meat of some sort. Fills me up just thinking about it. This and Soup Dumplings found in Shanghai cuisine is what truly makes me a lover of Chinese food.
